Villa Prenzano is an ancient manor house originating in the 11 the century. It served as a lookout tower in the wars between Florence and Siena. Villa Prenzano is located 5 km from Greve and just above the famous Castello di Vignamaggio, in the heart of Chianti Classico half way between Florence and Siena.

Careful restoration has taken place to keep the original structure and all of its beauty. It is furnished with period pieces where possible.

The property consists of two houses, the original Manor House and a Guests House, formerly a barn. The buildings are surrounded by well kept lawns. The freeform swimming pool with a lawn and pool furniture is to be enjoyed by our guests. All the bedrooms in both houses have views of the surrounding country side.

The house is equipped with satellite television and telephone. The full kitchen, has a dishwasher, and laundry room. The entire property is fully fenced and has full time caretaker for maintenance and help.
