Villa Pecille in the Conca d'Oro

The rambling 17th century farmhouse Pecille is located on the Fontodi Estate at the periphery of the village of Panzano-in-Chianti. It overlooks the famous Conca d'Oro, Chianti's best wine region. Pecille is ideally located half way between Florence and Siena. Other parts of Tuscany and Umbria are easily reached from Panzano.

From Pecille it is a 5-minute walk into the hamlet of Panzano where there are shops and restaurants and a ten-minute drive to the town of Greve which is the heart of Chianti Classico.

The ancient farmhouse has been restored and divided into five spacious apartments. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, SAT-TV, heat and air-conditioning, a private garden, large shared pool and beautiful views. There is also a guest laundry room. All apartments are handsomely furnished in an elegant country style with 17-19th century furniture and comfortable upholstered pieces.

On the ground floor there is a large common patio area and meeting rooms ideal for groups.

Tennis courts are available at the Fontodi Winery.
