Villa San Marcellino is located in the southern part of Chianti Classico, close to the hamlet of Monti and not far from the village of Gaiole in Chianti. It is adjacent to "one of the most renowned Chianti Classico wineries, often in the top 100 wineries in the World."

A handsome and recently restored farmhouse adjacent to the winery, Villa San Marcellino sleeps 10. There are 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, 3 of the bedrooms are located in the main villa, the other two have separate and independent entrances and they have their own kitchenette, two beds may be converted into twins.

The property includes a swimming pool with chaises and umbrellas. There is an outdoor patio for dining with a BBQ. There is covered parking for three cars plus an electric car charging station, a ping-pong table, and table football.

Rental Includes:

• A four-hour daily housekeeping service (except Sundays)
• Weekly linen change plus bi-weekly towel change
• First supply of Ortigia soaps and refill (shampoo, shower gel and conditioner)

Extras

The city tax is €2.00 per person, per night. Final cleaning is €250.00.

From December 23, 2023 to January 8, 2024 and from December 21, 2024 to January 8, 2025 Villa San Marcellino will be closed for Christmas Holidays.
